(E/2) of Section Five (5), Township Two (2) North, Range Twenty-Three (23), ECM, Beaver County,
Oklahoma. Undivided 1/7th interest in and to the oil, gas and other minerals and mineral rights in and under the Southwest 1/4 of Section (5), Township Two (2) North, Range Twenty-three (23), ECM Beaver County, Oklahoma.
This tract has a owners decimal of 0.01335867. It has one well operated by Legado OpCo. LLC. The first 4
months of production totaled $22,293.67.

Tract II:

Undivided 1/7th interest in and to the oil, gas and other minerals and mineral rights in and under the North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N/2 NW/4) of Section Eight (8), Township Two (2) North, Range Twenty-three (23) ECM, Beaver County, Oklahoma.
This tract is currently a non-producing interest under lease till July of 2010 with a 3/16 lease.

Tract III:

Undivided 1/7th interest in and to the oil, gas and other minerals and mineral rights in and under the Northeast Quarter (NE/4), Section Seven (7), Township Two (2) North, Range Twenty-three (23) ECM, Beaver County, Oklahoma.
This tract is currently a non-producing interest under lease till July of 2010 with a 3/16 lease.

The above tracts are owned by the Betha Anz Estate, Evan R. Pierce, Personal Representative.

Tract IV:

Undivided 150 acres in South Half (S/2) Section Two (2), Township Five (5) North, Range Twenty (20) ECM, Beaver County, Oklahoma. One gas well operated by Unit Petroleum Co.

Tract V:

Undivided 1/2 interest in Northwest Quarter Section Eleven (11) Township Five (5) North, Range Twenty (20) ECM, Beaver County, Oklahoma. Two gas wells are in this section operated by Unit Petroleum Co.
 

Tract VI:

Undivided 1/2 interest, Northwest Quarter, Section Seven (7), Township Five (5) North, Range Twenty-one (21) ECM, Beaver County, Oklahoma. This tract has one well operated by Prentice Napier & Green Operating Co.

Tracts 4-6 are owned by Brad Peters

TERMS OF SALE:

1. 20% of the purchase price will be paid the day of sale and at signing of purchase contract. Funds and contract will be placed in escrow with TRIPPET KEE TRIPPET and PARSONS PLLC, located in Beaver, OK., who shall act as escrow and closing agent for the parties. Escrow, closing fee, cost of purchase contract, and mineral deed will be split 50/50 between the buyers and sellers.

2. 80% balance shall be paid at closing in the form of CERTIFIED FUNDS made payable to TRIPPET KEE TRIPPET and PARSONS PLLC.

3. No abstracts will be provided for any of the above mentioned tracts.

4. Buyers will be responsible for any and all research regarding the minerals.

5. Closing to be held on or before June 28, 2010.

6. Closing can occur on day of sale if certified funds are available.
