Tract II: A .00139735 decimal mineral interest
in Section 6,
Township 25 North, Range 25 WIM. The H.K. Hill 3-19
is operated by EXCO Company. Production revenue for
April, 2008 was $4.87
Both of these wells are located
southwest of Laverne, OK.
TERMS: The buyer
will make 20 percent deposit of the purchase price the day of the sale. A
contract will be signed
the day of the sale between the buyer and seller. The buyer and seller will
share equally in the cost of the contract and
the closing to be conducted by Trippet and Kee Attorneys. Closing and
possession shall occur one day following the
confirmation of sale by the District Court of Harper County. No abstracts
will be provided. The bidders and buyers
should research the properties for their satisfaction. A marketable title
will be provided. Announcements the day of sale
shall supersede all previous announcements.
